1、Aust-A

Product Features:

A)Can significantly enhance the working surface strength of refractory fiber products and increase the anti-erosion ability;

B)Completely solve the problem of fiber shedding,and significantly improve the service life of fiber products;

C)The thickness of the fiber reinforced layer can be adjusted freely according to work needs.

Applicable fields:

Petrochemical, steel, RTO and other fields where fiber products are used, and there are higher requirements for the working surface strength and erosion resistance of fiber products.

2、Aust-B

Product Features:

A)It is used to treat the surface of mullite light brick or light castable. It can completely penetrate into the light brick or castable and form a glaze effect on the surface to greatly enhance the surface strength;

B)It can reduce the surface porosity rate of light brick or light castable to close to zero, and minimize the absorption of harmful volatile components in the kiln, thus improving the service life of furnace lining and reducing fouling.

Application Fields:

Used in ceramic roller kilns and other fields which have strict requirements on adsorption of harmful volatile components in kilns.

3、Aust-C

Product Features:

A)Used for surface treatment of heavy refractory brick and heavy castable, which can penetrate into the working layer and completely block the pores on the surface of the working layer;

B)Basically eliminate the penetration of liquid metal into the working surface, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the furnace lining life and reducing the waste of materials.

Application Fields:

Metal smelting industry, smelting furnace ladle, aluminum water ladle, etc., are in contact with liquid metal.
